Experience: 2–5 Years | CTC: ₹3.50 – ₹6.00 LPA + Performance Bonus

Job Summary

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across paid ads, social media, SEO, email, and content marketing to drive high-quality lead generation, build brand awareness, and increase ROI for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Performance & Lead Generation: Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate qualified leads and optimize CPL/ROAS.

· SEO & Website Management: Oversee on-page/off-page SEO, website updates, landing page CRO, and technical SEO performance.

· Social Media & Content Marketing: Develop social media calendars, create engaging visual/video content, and drive brand engagement.

· Email, WhatsApp & Automation: Plan targeted email/WhatsApp nurture workflows and automate lead engagement sequences.

· Analytics & Reporting: Track digital KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM tools, delivering daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Lead Volume & Quality: Continuous growth in qualified leads and low Cost Per Lead (CPL)





· Paid Ads Performance: High Click-Through Rate (CTR) and optimal ROAS

· Organic Growth & Engagement: Increased organic web traffic, improved keyword rankings, and high social media engagement

Key Requirements

· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field; Digital Marketing Certification preferred.

· Experience: 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing (Real Estate or Construction industry experience is an advantage).

· Technical Skills: Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO (On-page/Off-page), WordPress/CMS, Google Analytics, Canva/Design tools, and CRM integration.

· Languages: English required; Kannada & Hindi preferred.

Work Schedule & Benefits

- Work Hours: Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM) | Weekly Off: Sunday
