Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow the institute’s online presence, generate quality leads, promote courses, and increase engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the institute’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

● Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for astrology, numerology and related courses.

● Create and coordinate engaging content such as posts, reels, videos, stories and promotional creatives.

● Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

● Generate and monitor leads through digital marketing campaigns.

● Track campaign performance, leads, engagement and conversions.

● Conduct basic keyword research and support SEO activities for the website.

● Improve website and social-media visibility through relevant content and SEO practices.

● Coordinate with the content/design team for marketing creatives and videos.

● Maintain a monthly content calendar and marketing plan.

● Analyze competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities.





● Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and lead generation.

● Coordinate with the sales/admission team to ensure proper follow-up of digital leads.

Required Skills

● Good knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.

● Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

● Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics/GA4 and Google Search Console.

● Good content-writing and communication skills.

● Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube and short-form video marketing.

● Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.

● Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools will be an advantage.

● Good command of Hindi and English.

Eligibility

● Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a Digital Marketing certification will be preferred.

● 6 months-1 years of relevant digital marketing experience preferred.

● Candidates with experience in education, coaching, online courses, spirituality or astrology-related businesses will have an advantage.

Working Conditions

● Salary: ₹20,000 per month

● Job Type: Full time

● Location: Laxmi Nagar, Delhi

● Working Days: 6 days per week

● Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
