We are hiring an in-house Digital Marketing Executive for our Dermatology &

- Aesthetics clinic.

Responsibilities

- Plan, run and optimize Google Ads (Search/YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for lead generation

- Manage ad budgets, A/B testing, retargeting, and weekly performance reporting (spend, leads, CPL)

- Handle SEO for website and Google My Business to improve local ranking

- Edit videos/reels for Instagram/YouTube (testimonials, doctor videos, ads) using CapCut / Premiere Pro

- Design creatives, offer posters, and social media posts using Canva / Photoshop

- Plan monthly content calendar and manage Instagram/Facebook posting

Requirements

- 1-3 years proven experience in Google Ads &
- Meta Ads Manager

- Working knowledge of SEO &

- Google My Business

- Strong portfolio in video editing and graphic design (mandatory)

- Proficiency in Canva + Premiere Pro / CapCut / Photoshop

- Malayalam &

- English fluency

- Must work from office

- Healthcare / beauty / clinic experience preferred
