Paramjyothi Electricals, an established electrical and home-appliance business in Bengaluru since 1975, is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our digital presence and online business under our brand Divyajyothi.

The candidate will take ownership of our website, digital marketing, social media, online lead generation and B2B outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and regularly update our website products, images, specifications, pricing, offers and banners.
- Improve website design, customer experience, SEO and enquiry generation.
- Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Manage Instagram and other social media channels, including posts, reels, product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Create/edit basic marketing creatives and coordinate product photography/video content.
- Manage Google Business Profile and improve local search visibility.
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Build and manage databases of Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors and other B2B prospects in Bengaluru.
- Plan WhatsApp, email and digital outreach campaigns for B2B customers.
- Track leads,



enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.
- Monitor Google Analytics/advertising performance and provide weekly reports on leads, campaign spend, website traffic and conversions.

• Develop new ideas to increase online enquiries, showroom visits and sales

Preferred candidate profile

- 25 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience managing websites/e-commerce websites.
- Knowledge of WordPress or similar website platforms preferred.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Business Profile.
- Basic Canva/content creation skills.
- Experience in Retail, E-commerce, Consumer Durables, Home Interiors, Building Materials or an agency environment is an advantage.

• Should be self-driven and capable of independently planning and executing digital activities.
