We are looking for a creative, performance-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can manage our digital presence and help grow our brands through social media, SEO, advertising and online marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Google Business Profile.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create and coordinate content such as posts, carousels, promotional creatives, captions, stories and videos.
- Write engaging captions, ad copies, product descriptions and promotional content.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Assist with Google Ads campaigns and monitor campaign performance.
- Perform SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO, website content and basic technical SEO.
- Improve website visibility and organic traffic through regular SEO activities.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, sales teams and other departments for marketing requirements.
- Research competitors, market trends, FMCG marketing strategies and new digital marketing opportunities.




- Track important metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, website traffic, conversions and advertising ROI.
- Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Assist in influencer marketing and online promotional campaigns.
- Support product launches, offers, distributor campaigns and seasonal campaigns.
- Use AI tools to improve content creation, research, marketing automation and productivity.
- Explore new digital platforms, tools and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- Practical knowledge of Instagram and Facebook Marketing.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of SEO and keyword research.
- Good content writing and copywriting skills.
- Basic understanding of Canva or similar creative tools.
- Ability to understand social media trends and create relevant content.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new AI and digital marketing tools.

Education Bachelor's degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field is preferred.

Candidates with strong practical digital marketing skills may also be considered regardless of their educational background.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and performance.

Location

Nagpur, Maharashtra – Work From Office
