Job Summary

Manage digital patient enquiries, leads, follow-ups, appointments, and patient communication through WhatsApp, calls, website, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle patient enquiries and incoming calls
- Follow up with patients and leads
- Coordinate appointments and confirmations
- Provide information about doctors and healthcare services
- Maintain lead and appointment records
- Coordinate with Front Office, Doctors & Operations
- Track follow-ups and patient conversions
- Handle patient queries professionally and confidentially

Requirements
- Any Graduate
- 4–5 years of hospital/healthcare experience
- Robust communication and patient-handling skills
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic Excel, CRM and digital skills
