Core responsibilities:

- E-Commerce: Website management, product listings, orders, payments, inventory coordination.

- Social Media: Instagram/Facebook management, content posting, basic Canva work, campaign coordination and reporting.

- Delivery Partners: Courier coordination, shipment tracking, RTO management, reconciliation of delivered/returned orders.

- Accounts: Sales and purchase entries, expenses, invoices, payment follow-up, bank/UPI reconciliation and basic bookkeeping.

- E-Commerce Reconciliation: Reconcile website/Amazon/Flipkart/other online sales with payment settlements, deductions, returns and refunds.

- MIS: Prepare weekly/monthly reports covering online sales, expenses, receivables, delivery performance and digital marketing expenditure.

- Coordination: Work with the production, warehouse, sales and management team.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in B.Com / BBA / BBM / BCA / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.

Experience

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in a combination of:

- E-commerce operations

- Digital/Social Media

- Accounts & bookkeeping

- Order and delivery management

- Experience in an FMCG, food, D2C, retail or consumer brand will be an advantage.

Technical Skills

- MS Excel:



formulas, sorting/filtering, Pivot Tables and basic MIS.

- Tally/Busy/Zoho Books.

- E-commerce website/CMS management.

- Basic knowledge of Shopify/WooCommerce or similar platforms.

- Instagram/Facebook Business Manager.

- Basic Canva and content-editing skills.

- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Online payment gateway and settlement reconciliation.

- Courier/delivery partner portals.

Personal Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Ability to independently follow up with delivery partners, vendors and customers.

- Good numerical and analytical ability.

- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

- Comfortable working in a startup/FMCG environment where responsibilities may extend beyond a fixed .

- Candidates with a Diploma/Certification in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce or Accounting will be preferred.

- Working knowledge of Tally Prime / Busy / Zoho Books is preferred.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
