Costing profitability and MIS

- Reporting of costing profitability segment-wise / product-wise/ customer-wise on monthly/periodic basis.
- Analysis, and reporting of MIS reports and dashboards to support effective decision-making and business performance monitoring.
- Performed detailed analysis and present actionable insight to management
- Identify and explain key variances (Actual v/s. budget)

Budging and Planning

- Prepare annual budget and long-term financial plans
- Co-ordinate with cross functional teams for input.
- Align financial plan and business objectives.

Cost control and optimisation

- Track and monitor cost elements
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements

Data Analysis and insights

- Analyse large database, (financial + operational) to identify trend and pattern.
- Convert raw data into meaningful insights for business performance improvement




- Develop predictive insights for revenue, cost and profitability

Monthly Review Meeting presentation and insights

- Preparation, analysis and presentation of financial and operation performance insights during Monthly Review Meeting
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and clarity in financial data and KPI.

Candidate Profile

- Robust financial analysis and business acumen
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP, and BI tools
- Financial Analysis and reporting skills
- ERP proficiency Experience with SAP modules, BI, Power BI
- Ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities in MIS and implementation
- Education - Chartered Accountant Preferred / MBA Finance/ ICMA with Minimum 13+ years of post-qualification experience
