Role Description The Digital Content Creator is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. In this position, the individual will plan, create, and publish digital content across websites, social media channels, email campaigns, and other online platforms to promote financial products and services. Typical tasks include developing content calendars, writing and designing posts, adapting complex financial topics into clear and engaging messaging, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency.

The person in this role will monitor performance metrics, optimize content based on data and feedback,



and ensure all materials comply with regulatory and brand guidelines.

The Digital Content

Creator will also participate in brainstorming sessions, support campaign execution, and maintain a consistent voice and tone that aligns with the company’s communication strategy.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in digital content creation, including writing for web and social media, basic graphic or video editing, and adapting content for different platforms.
- Ability to develop and follow content plans, manage calendars, and coordinate with marketing and product teams to align content with business objectives.
- Comfort with analyzing engagement metrics, using digital tools and platforms, and making data-informed adjustments to improve content performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain financial concepts in a clear and accessible way.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on-site in Noida in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field; experience in financial services or fintech is an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, content management systems, and basic SEO principles is beneficial.
