Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end QA activities for connected devices and hardware-integrated applications.
- Plan and execute functional, integration, system, regression, and E2E testing.
- Perform device custody and hands-on device testing, including setup, configuration, pairing, and usage scenarios.
- Validate in-situ device behavior in real-world environments and different network conditions.
- Test environmental conditions and device behavior across different usage scenarios.
- Validate camera, display, speaker, tracker, and doorbell functionality.
- Test complete "Unboxing to Health Sync" customer journeys.
- Validate device-to-app connectivity, synchronization, notifications, and data flows.
- Perform privacy and security-related functional checks and ensure sensitive data is handled correctly.
- Validate health and health-disclaimer displays wherever applicable.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
- Perform root-cause analysis and work closely with developers, product teams, and device engineering teams.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases,



test scenarios, and test execution reports.
- Lead defect triage and provide regular QA status, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Support release readiness and ensure critical E2E scenarios are covered before production releases.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Device Testing, E2E Testing, System Testing, and Functional Testing.
- Hands-on experience testing IoT, smart devices, consumer electronics, or connected devices.
- Experience with devices such as cameras, speakers, displays, trackers, doorbells, or similar connected products.
- Robust understanding of mobile applications and device-to-app integrations.
- Experience with Android and/or iOS testing.
- Good knowledge of API, network, connectivity, and integration testing.
- Experience with defect management and QA tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and test execution.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
