Desktop Support Engineer – L1

IT Support Bengaluru Full time 2 yrs

Provide first-line IT support to client sites across Bengaluru — Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, printers and network faults. Log and resolve tickets within SLA, support users remotely via AnyDesk and Zoho Assist, and escalate to L2 with diagnostics complete. Field visits to client locations as required.
