Role Description This is a full time, on-site Designer role located in Jodhpur. The Designer will conceptualize and develop French-style furniture designs, including sketches, technical drawings, and detailed specifications for production. Daily tasks include collaborating with craftsmen and production teams, selecting materials and finishes, and ensuring designs are both aesthetically appealing and manufacturable.

The role involves refining existing product lines, creating new collections based on market trends and client feedback,



and maintaining consistency with brand identity. The Designer will also review prototypes, provide design adjustments, and support quality assurance to ensure that final products meet export standards.

Qualifications

- Experience in furniture or product design, including creating detailed sketches, drawings, and specifications.
- Knowledge of design principles, materials, finishes, and construction techniques relevant to wooden and handcrafted furniture.
- Proficiency with design and visualization tools (e.g., CAD software, 3D modeling, or similar design applications).
- Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sense for French and classic styles, and the ability to balance creativity with practicality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working closely with artisans, production teams, and management.
- Ability to work on-site in Jodhpur, manage multiple projects, and meet production timelines.
- Relevant education in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in furniture export or handicrafts is an advantage.
