We are seeking an ELV / BMS Design Engineer to design, implement, operate, and maintain ELV systems including fire detection & alarm (FDA), CCTV, access control, PA, BMS (ELV scope), structured cabling, and system integrations (BACnet/Modbus/TCP-IP). You will ensure uptime, compliance, and seamless operations across critical environments
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on with Fire Alarm (e.g., Honeywell/Siemens/Notifier), CCTV (IP), Access Control, structured cabling, and ELV network basics.
- Familiar with BACnet/Modbus, TCP/IP, VLANs (basic), PoE, NVR/VMS, ACS controllers.
- Preferred: BICSI, CCNA (basic), OEM certifications (Honeywell/Siemens/Johnson Controls/Lenel), NICET (Fire Alarm) equivalent, TIA-942 awareness.
