Required Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Automotive Trims Design.
- Hands-on experience in CATIA V5 (Part Design, Assembly, Drafting).
- Experience working with PLM tools such as Teamcenter, Enovia, or Windchill.
- Basic understanding of plastic part design and injection molding processes.
- Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to complete product development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of automotive interior trim design standards.
- Understanding of engineering change management and BOM processes.
- Experience working with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers is an advantage.
