Position: Design Engineer – Sheet Metal & Casting

We are looking for Design Engineers with hands-on experience in PTC Creo, Sheet Metal and Casting component design for an automotive engineering opportunity in Pune – Chakan.

Key Skills Required

PTC Creo – Mandatory

Sheet Metal Design

Casting Component Design

3D Modelling & 2D Drawing

GD&T; & Tolerance

DFM / DFA

Manufacturing Drawing Preparation

Engineering Change Management

Positive understanding of automotive components and manufacturing processes

Key Responsibilities

Develop 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using Creo

Design and modify sheet metal and casting components

Apply DFM/DFA principles

Prepare detailed drawings with GD&T; and tolerances

Implement engineering changes and design modifications

Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, tooling and supplier teams

Support prototype development and production-related design issues





Participate in design reviews and resolve technical issues

Qualification

BE / B.Tech / Diploma – Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering

Candidate Profile

Candidates with 1–5 years of relevant experience in automotive design and strong hands-on knowledge of Creo + Sheet Metal + Casting are encouraged to apply.

Work Location: Pune – Chakan
