Job Role - Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities -

- Design and develop plastic components, parts, and assemblies for consumer products.
- Create 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks & AutoCAD.
- Apply plastic design principles such as draft angle, wall thickness, ribs, bosses, fillets, and snap fits.
- Design components considering injection molding, tooling, and manufacturability.
- Prepare BOM, drawings, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with tooling, production, quality, and suppliers for design development.
- Handle design modifications and resolve mold/production-related design issues.

Required Skills -

- Robust knowledge of plastic component design and injection molding.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks & AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of DFM/DFA, GD&T;, and manufacturing processes.
- Good understanding of plastic materials and tooling concepts.

Experience: 2–4 Years in Plastic Component Design Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
