We're growing our luxury and premium digital practice at Radius, and we're looking for a Design Director to lead it.

This role is for someone who designs websites and apps that people remember. You'll lead a slate of high-end web and mobile projects for premium consumer brands, and we want work that feels as crafted and desirable as the products it represents, while staying intuitive and commercially sharp.

The role

- Fixed-term contract for 5 months, exclusive to Radius
- Remote, with travel on request
- You'll lead and manage a team of six UI/UX, visual and motion designers
- Start date: 15 October

What you'll do

- Lead creative concept and UI/UX across websites and mobile apps, from IA and journeys to high-fidelity UI, motion and micro-interactions
- Push digital craft past category convention through editorial layouts, immersive storytelling and rich media,



without sacrificing performance or usability
- Design premium e-commerce and service journeys
- Build prototypes and work closely with developers so what ships matches what was designed
- Shape and govern design systems, including multilingual and Arabic/RTL support
- Present work to senior stakeholders and own design sign-off

What you bring

- 10+ years in design, with 5+ years leading web and app UI/UX
- A strong portfolio of live websites and apps (award recognition is a plus)
- Digital work for luxury or premium consumer brands at international scale
- Experience managing a design team
- At least two qualified references we can speak to
- Expert Figma skills, Adobe CS, and other Prototying Tools & AI Tools
