? Location: Surat and Vapi, Gujarat

? Experience: 4–6 Years

? Industry: Manufacturing / Operations

? Key Responsibilities

- Analyze operational gaps and identify improvement opportunities

• Drive Lean Manufacturing & Operational Excellence initiatives

• Work on 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, OEE, TPM, VSM, SMED & RCA

- Develop SOPs, process flows, skill matrices and dashboards
- Conduct process mapping, shop-floor observations and gap analysis
- Monitor productivity, quality, downtime and process performance
- Coordinate with production and cross-functional teams
- Prepare MIS, reports and management presentations

? Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Manufacturing / Production / Operations Excellence

• Strong hands-on experience in Lean / Continuous Improvement

- Positive problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in process improvement and shop-floor operations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required
