Reporting To: Finance Controller

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Trial Balance Review: Conduct regular reviews of trial balances to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Financial Statements Preparation: Prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in compliance with IND AS standards.
- RBI Reporting:

oPrepare and file monthly returns such as CRILC and DNBS-4B. oSubmit quarterly returns including DNBS-01, DNBS-02, DNBS-03, and DNBS-04A.

oHandle annual RBI returns and provide timely responses to regulatory inspections and queries.

Statutory Audit Coordination: Liaise with statutory auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and compliance with applicable standards.

Tax Compliance

oPrepare and compile data for responding to income tax notices, including scrutiny, assessments, and appeals at CIT and ITAT levels.

oEnsure accurate submission of TDS compliance and related documentation.

- GST Compliance:

oPrepare GST annual returns and manage submissions for GST notices.
- AIF Compliance: Ensure adherence to compliance requirements related to AIF.
- Regulatory Submissions:



Accumulate and manage data for various tax-related filings, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.

Experience & Education Required: Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience: 23 years in accounts, tax, compliance, or related fields

Key Skills and Attributes

- Proficiency in preparing financial statements under IND AS (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Comprehensive knowledge of RBI reporting (CRILC, DNBS returns) and compliance requirements.
- Expertise in managing Income Tax, TDS, and GST filings, assessments, and appeals.
- Hands-on experience with statutory audits and regulatory inspections.
- Strong analytical skills for trial balance review and data compilation.
- Proficiency in financial tools, tax software, and Excel.
