Experience : 5y to 7y
Qualification : MBA, Msw
Industry : Automotive only,
- Handle training and development.
- Maintain and implemented HR policies & SOPs in the plant.
- Valuable knowledge about IATF,SHE and System Audits.
- Handle and maintain records for HR audits.
- Liaise with statutory bodies for compliance-related documentation and inspections.
