Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager – Operations to manage security operations across multiple client sites. The role involves ensuring effective manpower deployment, maintaining service standards, leading operational teams, and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily security operations across assigned sites and ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards.
- Plan manpower deployment, monitor attendance, and ensure timely replacements to maintain uninterrupted services.
- Lead and mentor operations managers, area officers, supervisors, and security personnel.
- Conduct regular site visits, security audits, and performance reviews; ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Coordinate with clients, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain robust working relationships.
- Implement operational policies, site instructions, grooming standards, and disciplinary procedures.




- Coordinate with recruitment and training teams to meet staffing needs and improve personnel readiness.
- Monitor incident reporting, emergency preparedness, and response procedures.
- Manage operational budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Prepare operational reports and work with senior management on service improvements and growth plans.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior experience in the private security services industry is mandatory. Candidates must have hands-on experience managing security personnel and multiple client sites.
- Proven experience in a managerial or senior operations role within the security industry.
- Strong knowledge of manpower planning, deployment, site supervision, security procedures, and emergency response.
- Excellent leadership, team management, client servicing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, monitor performance, and drive operational improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or a related field; additional relevant qualifications are an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Marathi is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites and respond to operational emergencies when required.
- High standards of integrity, accountability, and professional conduct.
