Education

- Any Graduate
- Preferred: B.Sc / B.E / B.Tech
- MBA/PG preferred

Experience

- Total Experience: 10–13 Years
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Education, or related industries
- Candidates should have strong experience in Franchise/Dealer Appointment, Channel Management, Business Development, and Team Management
- 8–10+ years of team-handling experience is preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and appoint new franchisees across the assigned region.
- Drive new admissions and increase children's registrations through franchisees.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing franchisees.




- Retain and grow existing business and student base.
- Manage, motivate and develop the team to achieve business targets.
- Drive business growth and improve profitability across the region.
- Monitor franchisee performance and support them in achieving their targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies for regional growth.
- Conduct regular reviews with franchisees and team members.
- Ensure effective execution of business plans across the assigned territory.

Team & Business Responsibility

- Franchisees to be managed: 60+
- Team size: 7 members
- Travel: Extensive travel within Maharashtra, including Pune, Western Maharashtra, Thane, Navi Mumbai and Kalyan

- Have strong people and franchise management skills.
- Be confident in handling large teams and multiple franchisees.
- Possess good analytical and presentation skills.
