Job Title: Dentist – Clinical & Field Operations

Role Overview

DIGIPATH AI is seeking a qualified dentist who will be trained internally on our technologies, its principle and working, clinical examination, interpretations, patient communication, documentation and operational workflows. The dentist owns end-to-end technology related clinical and field execution: preparation and patient examination, interpretation, documentation, referral, follow-up, data reconciliation, demonstrations, training and institutional support. This is a clinical application and institutional support role, not a conventional sales role.

Key Responsibilities

1.Clinical & Technology Responsibilities

1.1 Assess patients and conduct clinical examinations as per approved protocols.

1.2 Identify, interpret and document findings, and provide suitable clinical recommendations.

1.3 Develop proficiency in assigned clinical technologies, including their use, application and interpretation.

1.4 Communicate findings and recommendations to patients and healthcare professionals, including referrals and follow-up where required.

1.5 Conduct technology demonstrations and provide clinical guidance to users and institutions.

1.6 Escalate complex, unclear or high-risk clinical or technical matters to the designated senior clinician.

2. Field & Operational Responsibilities

2.1 Plan and carry out assigned activities at hospitals, clinics, camps, screening programmes, research studies and other field locations.

2.2 Coordinate equipment, materials,



documents and team members required for smooth execution.

2.3 Ensure equipment is ready, handled properly and routinely checked.

2.4 Coordinate with the relevant support team for technical or operational issues.

2.5 Complete post-activity work, including data compilation, reconciliation, reporting, image organisation and follow-up.

2.6 Maintain accurate, timely and confidential clinical and operational records.

3.Training, Institutional & Research Support

3.1 Train healthcare professionals and authorised users on assigned technologies and procedures.

3.2 Provide clinical support during institutional engagements and technology implementation.

3.3 Collect user and institutional feedback and share requirements or issues with the relevant internal teams.

3.4 Learn relevant sample-collection procedures and technologies, assist with sample collection and train authorised personnel.

3.5 Support clinical studies and research activities, including documentation, sample handling and operational coordination.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Qualification:

- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a recognized institution.
- 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Freshers are welcome, provided they successfully complete and qualify through our training program.
