About the Role

Serenity Dental is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and patient-focused Dental Associate to join our clinical team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, comprehensive oral healthcare to patients of all ages, supported by modern equipment and an experienced dental auxiliary team. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct routine dental examinations, evaluations, and diagnosis using digital imaging and clinical assessments.
- Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures, including restorative fillings, simple and surgical extractions, crown and bridge preps, root canal treatments, and preventative cleanings/scalings.
- Develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans and discuss options clearly with patients to help them make informed decisions.
- Address dental emergencies and manage acute oral pain or infections promptly.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with regulatory standards.




- Supervise and coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to maintain efficient chairside workflow and strict infection control/sterilization protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) required; Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in a relevant specialty is a plus.
- Licensing: Valid, active registration with the Dental Council / State Dental Council.
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of clinical practice experience (confident fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern restorative procedures, endodontics, and basic exodontia; familiarity with digital X-rays/intraoral scanners is advantageous.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and bedside manner, with the ability to ease patient anxiety and build long-term trust.
