Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Delphi Developer with solid experience in Delphi development, SQL databases, legacy application maintenance, debugging, and production support. The candidate should be comfortable understanding and modifying existing/legacy codebases and working on Windows-based desktop applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, enhance, and support applications using Delphi.

- Analyze and modify existing legacy applications and codebases.

- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and detailed code analysis.

- Reverse engineer and understand complex legacy applications.

- Work on Windows desktop application development.

- Handle production support and resolve application issues.

- Work with SQL/DB2 databases and perform database-related activities.

- Work with XML and MQ integrations.





- Support legacy application modernization initiatives.

- Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on Delphi development experience

- Strong SQL/Database knowledge

- Experience working with legacy applications

- Strong debugging and code-analysis skills

- Experience with Windows desktop applications

- Experience in production support

- Ability to understand, modify, and reverse engineer existing codebases

- Knowledge of DB2, XML, and MQ

Preferred

- BFSI / Insurance / Banking domain experience

- Experience with legacy modernization.
