About the Role
As the Deputy General Manager, you will be the primary point of accountability, managing the crucial relationship between our service providers and our customers. You will oversee all service delivery commitments, driving operational excellence and continuous process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Customer Advocacy:
Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for the customer, ensuring service levels (SLAs), business requirements, and commitments are consistently met.
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement:
Guarantee successful operational transitions, align service delivery with strategic business needs, and ensure compliance with all contractual deliverables.
Team Leadership & Staffing:
Direct workforce planning, manage priorities, foster associate development, and act as the ultimate point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting & Governance:
Drive process optimization for efficiency, resolve cross-functional issues, and proactively propose solutions that provide ongoing advantage to the customer.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
14+ years total, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
Specialized Expertise:
6+ years in Category and Region experience.
