Job Title: Accounts & Billing Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and billing activities.
Prepare and issue sales invoices, bills, credit notes, and debit notes.
Record purchase and sales transactions accurately.
Maintain cash, bank, sales, purchase, and expense records.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Perform cash and bank entries and assist with bank reconciliation.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain customer payment records.
Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
Handle petty cash and day-to-day expense records.




Prepare basic accounting reports and statements.
Assist with GST-related documentation, invoice records, and returns as required.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
Perform data entry and maintain accounts in Tally/ERP or other accounting software.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding billing and payment matters.
Assist the senior accountant with month-end and year-end accounting activities.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial records.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements
12th pass / Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Experience with Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and billing software preferred.
Positive knowledge of invoicing and basic GST documentation.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
