We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive with basic knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience in Tally. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and assist the Financial Manager in maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally.
Record and maintain financial transactions, invoices, payments, and receipts.
Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor account balances.
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
Assist the Financial Manager in preparing reports and financial statements.
Coordinate with internal teams for accounting and financial requirements.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Fresher to 6 months of experience in accounting.
Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Familiarity with MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
Valuable communication and analytical abilities.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
