Roles

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Finalization Executive responsible for managing accounting activities, reconciliation, statutory compliance, and preparation/finalization of financial statements. The candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting, with hands-on experience in Tally/ERP and MS Excel./ Quick books

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain and verify General Ledger, Journal Entries, Purchase & Sales Ledgers.
Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and ledger reconciliation.
Prepare and review Trial Balance.
Handle accounts finalization at monthly, quarterly, and annual levels.
Prepare Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
Prepare schedules and supporting documents for finalization.
Ensure proper accounting of provisions, accruals, depreciation, outstanding expenses and prepaid expenses.
Review and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Monitor customer and vendor balances and resolve discrepancies.




Handle GST accounting, reconciliation and related documentation.
Coordinate for GST returns, TDS returns and other statutory compliances.
Assist in preparation of data and documents for statutory audit, tax audit and internal audit.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors and customers as required.
Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and company accounting policies.
Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely rectification.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
Prepare various MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.
Support management in financial analysis and accounting-related matters.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting and finalization of accounts.
Good understanding of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance.
Knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
Experience in Tally Prime / ERP / Accounting Software.
Good command of MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic formulas.
Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
Valuable attention to detail.
Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
