Location: Mumbai

Requirement :20+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 15 years in BPO/BPM delivery and global shared services, with robust expertise in Finance & Accounting

Education: Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Insurance (MBA/CA/CPA/FLMI preferred).

- Lead end-to-end global F&A; operations covering P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A; and reconciliations.
- Manage Insurance operations including policy administration, claims management, underwriting support and actuarial services.
- Drive digital transformation through RPA, AI/ML and Intelligent Document Processing to improve efficiency and real-time decision-making.
- Build and strengthen client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence and long-term partnerships.
- Lead and mentor large, multi-location delivery teams,



preferably across Tier II and Tier III cities.
- Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs and customer satisfaction metrics across F&A; and Insurance portfolios.
- Drive continuous improvement, process excellence and productivity enhancement across operations.
- Partner with Sales and Presales teams on solution design, new business opportunities and transformation-led proposals.
- Develop cost optimization strategies through automation, productivity improvement and global delivery models.
- Drive career development, engagement and retention of large-scale delivery teams.
