: Event Designer / Associate Event Designer

Beyond The Decor Global is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Designer with an architectural or interior design background to conceptualise and execute luxury weddings and experiential events.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop event concepts, themes, mood boards, colour palettes and spatial experiences.
- Create venue layouts, elevations, 3D visualisations and AutoCAD production drawings.
- Translate creative concepts into practical, production-ready designs.
- Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, production teams and on-site execution teams.
- Design décor elements for weddings, sangeets, mehendis, haldis and corporate events.
- Conduct site visits and ensure accurate measurements and design implementation.
- Prepare presentation decks, design references, material details and execution drawings.
- Assist in creating visual narratives, table setups, installations and experiential spaces.




- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

Candidate Profile
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Event Design.
- 2–4 years of experience in event, wedding, interior or spatial design.
- Solid knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and MS Office.
- Understanding of materials, fabrication, décor, lighting and event production.
- Good visualisation, presentation and spatial planning skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and events.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience Experience in luxury weddings, large-scale event venues, technical drawings, international events and on-site event execution will be an advantage.
