- Handle a 95% outbound and 5% inbound calling process.
- Make telemarketing calls using dialer and manual calling resources.
- Follow predefined scripts, filters, and qualification criteria.
- Identify and qualify potential customers for debt consolidation services.
- Transfer qualified prospects to the in-house Counselor for further processing.
- Handle inbound customer calls and assist with enrollment into offered products/services.
- Achieve individual sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain high-quality customer interactions and professional communication.
- Work according to US EST business hours .
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in US outbound sales.
- Prior US calling / international voice process experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in hardcore sales and sales closures .
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure sales environment.
- Experience in Debt Consolidation / Financial Services will be an advantage.
Salary Advantages
- Salary: Up to 45,000 per month
- Incentives: Weekly monthly incentives, up to 2 Lakhs
