We are looking for an experienced and skilled DCDP – South Indian to join our Food Production team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic South Indian dishes while maintaining quality, hygiene and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes according to standard recipes

- Ensure consistency in taste, quality and presentation

- Assist in menu preparation and daily food production

- Monitor food quality, freshness and portion control

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards

- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

- Monitor and minimize food wastage

Requirements

- Previous experience as a DCDP or in a similar position in a hotel/resort

- Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine

- Valuable knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and hygiene standards

- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
