Tracxn is looking for a Data Production Lead to drive data strategy across our core data production units. If you’re passionate about solving complex data problems, building scalable solutions, and driving high-impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy and execution — we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive data strategy across assigned data production units, identifying coverage gaps, quality issues, and scalability bottlenecks.

Break down complex data problems, design scalable solutions, and implement automation workflows to improve data production.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate strategy into scalable processes and align on data standards.





Communicate data strategy, progress, and key metrics to senior leadership.

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in data strategy, data operations, analytics, business strategy, or similar analytical and technology-driven roles.

Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field from a Tier-1 institution (IITs, BITS Pilani, or equivalent).

Robust first-principles problem-solving skills with the ability to design practical, scalable solutions.

Comfortable working with engineering teams and understanding technical systems, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
