Qualification: B.Com / Commerce Graduate

Experience: 0–2 Years

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive / Trainee to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, entering data into ERP/software systems, and supporting day-to-day documentation and accounting-related activities.

Freshers / Trainees are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in a CA Firm will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update data accurately in ERP/software systems and Excel.
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and reports.
- Perform data verification and ensure accuracy of entered information.
- Handle invoices, vouchers, bills, and other basic documentation.
- Support basic accounting and administrative activities.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
- Prepare Excel reports and update daily/weekly data.




- Coordinate with the Accounts and HR teams for required information.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry and documentation tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and documentation.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify data errors.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn ERP/software systems.
- Basic knowledge of Tally / accounting software will be an advantage.

Eligibility

- B.Com / B.Com Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and trainees can apply.
- Candidates with CA Firm experience will also be considered.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹215,000.00 per year
