Salary: ₹32,000–₹35,000 CTC/month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Cum Data Analysis Executive to manage data entry, data cleaning, reconciliation, MIS reporting and analysis. The candidate should be highly proficient in MS Excel and capable of identifying data errors, anomalies and operational trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update and maintain daily operational data accurately.
- Clean, format and reconcile daily/weekly datasets.
- Prepare MIS reports, tracking sheets and summary dashboards using Excel.
- Analyse data to identify missing information, errors, anomalies and trends.
- Verify data accuracy and maintain data integrity.
- Prepare regular reports for management/HOD.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for data collection and clarification.
- Highlight discrepancies and significant findings to senior team members.
- Perform other duties assigned by the HOD from time to time.

Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Data Entry, MIS, Data Analysis or Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, filters and data cleaning.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.




- Experience preparing MIS reports and dashboards.
- Accounting/Accounts background will be an added advantage.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must have a personal laptop for daily work.
- Candidate should be comfortable working between Baruipur Factory and Salt Lake Head Office, as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
