Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi for an Accounting Qualified specializing in foreign business accounts using Xero and MYOB. The role involves managing bookkeeping for Australian clients, preparing and reviewing bank reconciliations, and supporting BAS/GST working papers under Australian regulatory requirements. The team member will handle accounts payable and receivable, assist with payroll processing, and support month- and year-end closing activities.

Daily responsibilities include recording transactions in Xero and MYOB, maintaining accurate ledgers, resolving discrepancies,



coordinating with client teams, and preparing clear workpapers and reports.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and month-/year-end close.
Hands-on experience with Xero and MYOB; familiarity with QuickBooks and other cloud-based accounting systems is an advantage.
Understanding of Australian BAS/GST concepts and compliance requirements, or willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting-related tools; ability to prepare accurate working papers and financial reports.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with international clients and internal teams.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, time management, and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certifications are a plus.
Prior experience in accounting outsourcing or working with foreign clients is beneficial.
