Ealzo is a healthcare technology platform connecting patients with hospitals and doctors through seamless appointment booking and healthcare management. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Process employee salaries, reimbursements, and payroll records.
Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory filings.
Maintain vendor and hospital payment records.
Monitor company expenses and ensure budget compliance.
Handle petty cash management.
Maintain accurate financial documentation and digital records.
Support management by providing financial insights and reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with startups or healthcare organizations.
Knowledge of Zoho Books or similar cloud accounting software.
Basic understanding of payroll management.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
