Candidate Specification: 5+ years of Experience

Education: Any Bachelor’s degree / MBA

Industry : IT / ITES
Programming Proficiency: Skilled in programming languages such as Python. Working knowledge of AI algorithms and model development, with a focus on NLP and LLMs. Knowledge of SQL and ETL design patterns.
Positive understanding of AI development frameworks, including LLM tools such as vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and prompt engineering.
Familiar in implementing multi-agent AI architectures, including multi-agent orchestration workflows (MCP and A2A protocols).
Good knowledge of traditional AI/ML algorithms, deep learning and predictive modelling approaches such as: decision trees, regression analysis, neural networks, classification,



clustering, and other data mining techniques.
Positive analytical skills with a solid understanding of data modeling techniques to transform data using SQL.
Familiarity in using APIs, RESTful web services and data connectors.
Awareness with source code control systems such as GitLab and build tools for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Big Data analytics using Hybrid Cloud and on-premises technologies
Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models with strong understanding of deep learning techniques.
Solid understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with NLP techniques and tools
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI deployment.
