MailerMen is hiring a AI / Machine Learning Engineer for our Noida team. You will build practical machine learning solutions and AI-powered features for web products, working across data preparation, model development, evaluation, API integration and deployment. Freshers with solid fundamentals and hands-on project or internship experience are encouraged to apply. The position is onsite at our Noida office, offering close collaboration with the local team.
Department: Engineering - AI & Machine Learning Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
Clean, transform and prepare datasets for experimentation and production.
Build Python-based ML pipelines and reusable data-processing components.
Develop, train and evaluate machine learning models for product use cases.
Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, reliability and latency.
Work with engineers and product teams to translate business problems into ML solutions.
Run experiments and A/B evaluations to compare model approaches.
Contribute to feature stores and reusable ML utilities.
Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML or a related field preferred.
Valuable to have: MLflow, FastAPI, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, Docker, AWS
