About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Executive – Course Sales who can confidently handle leads, understand student requirements, build trust, and convert enquiries into paid course admissions.
The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, persuasive, confident on calls, and strong at follow-ups. Experience in selling education, training, coaching, or high-ticket courses will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities• Handle incoming leads and course enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand the student's goals, interests, and requirements and recommend the right course.
• Explain course structure, curriculum, fees, advantages, batches, and career opportunities clearly.
• Convert qualified leads into paid admissions.
• Follow up consistently with interested, pending, and old leads.
• Handle objections related to fees, timing, course value, and decision-making.




• Create urgency and help prospects make timely enrolment decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and payments.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Identify opportunities for upselling advanced courses and additional programs.
