Role & responsibilities
Design and optimize prompts for LLM and Generative AI applications.
Test and improve AI response quality, accuracy, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and quality standards.
Create documentation, reports, and knowledge-transfer materials.
Support AI solution deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
Preferred candidate profile
6 to 8 years of IT experience with 2+ years in Generative AI / Prompt Engineering
Hands-on experience in LLMs, Prompt Design, Prompt Optimization, RAG, LangChain, and Python
Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or Llama
Solid knowledge of AI Security, SDLC, Agile, and Enterprise AI Solutions
Valuable stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
