We are looking for an AI Tech Lead to lead AI technology initiatives, drive innovation, and oversee the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in AI technologies along with the ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
Lead AI/ML technology initiatives from ideation and development through deployment and optimization.
Guide teams on model training, evaluation, optimization, explainability, and deployment best practices.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and business impact.
Establish and promote best practices around AI governance, model explainability, bias mitigation, and responsible AI.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Manage multiple AI projects, priorities, and technology initiatives while ensuring timely delivery.




Drive technical documentation, presentations, storytelling, and communication of AI solutions to stakeholders.

Required skills-
8+ years of experience in AI/ML, technology leadership, or related areas.
Strong hands-on experience with up-to-date AI/ML frameworks.
Strong hands-on experience with LLM and RAG.
Robust understanding of ML lifecycle, model development, evaluation, and deployment.
Experience leading technology teams, innovation labs, or AI initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Understanding of current AI/GenAI trends and their business applications.
Robust documentation, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Relevant advanced degree or skilled certification in technology/AI/ML is preferred.
