About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager – Modular Furniture to join our team for our modular furniture solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the commercial interiors, workplace design and modular furniture industry, with the ability to engage architects, interior designers, consultants, dealers and corporate clients. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships and driving projects from initial enquiry through to closure.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, commercial and workplace segments.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with architects, interior designers and project management consultants.
• Generate leads through networking, market research, client meetings,
industry events and existing relationships.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate modular furniture and workspace solutions.
• Prepare and present product proposals, quotations and commercial offers in coordination with the internal team.
• Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations and showroom visits.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry and specification to negotiation, order confirmation and handover.
• Work closely with the design, estimation, procurement, operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular updates on leads, opportunities, conversions and expected closures.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients and maintain strong post-sales relationships.
