Responsibilities
Develop and implement educational programs and strategies to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff to ensure a qualified team.
Establish a safe and inclusive learning workplace for all students and faculty members.
Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and the wider community.
Manage the budget and resources effectively to support the academic goals of the institution.

Requirements
Ph.D. in Allied Health Sciences / Healthcare / Life Sciences (preferred)
Master’s degree in relevant discipline (mandatory)
Minimum 10–15 years of teaching experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
Robust knowledge of healthcare education regulations in Ind
Solid leadership and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of educational policies, curriculum development, and academic standards.
Ability to make strategic decisions and solve problems effectively.
