SPLUS IT SOLUTIONS is looking for an experienced Technical Interviewer with strong hands-on expertise in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, and Data Science.

? Engagement : Remote | Freelance/Part-Time | Based on Interview Assignments

? Preferred Qualifications :

Previous experience as a Data Architect, Lead Data Engineer, or Data Scientist.

Prior experience conducting technical interviews or candidate assessments.

? Technical Expertise & Responsibilities :

- Solid hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and PySpark.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data modeling, and data warehousing.
- Experience with dbt and modern data transformation practices.
- Strong expertise in Databricks and Lakehouse Architecture.
- Experience with Unity Catalog and Lakeflow.




- Experience migrating on-premises data pipelines to Databricks and cloud platforms.
- Robust understanding of data architecture, scalability, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Knowledge of Databricks Genie and AI-powered data analytics.
- Experience conducting technical interviews for Data Engineer, Data Architect, and Data Scientist positions.
- Conduct interviews via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
- Evaluate candidates’ hands-on technical skills, project experience, problem-solving, and architecture capabilities.
- Provide clear technical feedback and interview assessments.
- Availability to conduct interviews during US (EST) hours.
