About the Role

New Hope IVF & Fertility Center is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our team with data management, reporting, analysis, and business insights.

The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, good analytical ability, and the ability to prepare accurate reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, clean, and maintain data from various sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.
- Create and maintain Excel reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify required information.
- Support management with data-driven reports and insights.
- Maintain proper documentation of reports and data.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, etc.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.




- Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau will be an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong Excel and analytical skills may also apply.
- Relevant experience in Data Analysis/MIS/Reporting will be preferred.
