Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Meerut.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data from various business systems to generate insights that support operational and strategic decisions. The role involves building reports, dashboards, and visualizations, as well as preparing clear summaries and recommendations for business stakeholders.

Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities for process optimization and performance improvement.



The position also includes monitoring key performance indicators, validating data quality, and contributing to the development of analytical models and best practices.

Qualifications

- Solid Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and identify trends.
- Solid understanding of Statistics to perform quantitative analysis, hypothesis testing, and data validation.
- Experience with Data Modeling to structure data, support reporting, and enable scalable analysis.
- Effective Communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics or scripting tool (e.g., Excel, Python, R, or similar).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Meerut, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Prior experience in an e-commerce, operations, or technology-driven environment is an advantage.
