About us:

Yadom Life is a natural wellness and self-care brand made in India. We started with herbal inhalers and have six product launches planned over the next 12 months, including flavoured inhalers, magnesium lotion and Epsom bath salts. We sell on our website and E-commerce platforms.

More products launch in the next few months and we need one person who owns operations end to end.

What you'll own:

- Unicommerce (Uniware) as our system of record: order flow, inventory sync across channels, SKU and combo mapping.
- Inventory planning and reorders with our manufacturer, so fast-moving channels don't go out of stock.
- Fulfilment across shipping providers, E-commerce, and quick commerce (POs, dark store replenishment, GRN issues).
- Returns, RTOs, claims and payout reconciliation with marketplaces.
- Getting new channels and recent SKUs live without breaking what's already running.
- Monthly order and invoice data from Uniware for GST filing.

What we're looking for:

- Minimum 2 years in D2C or consumer brand ops, ideally at an early-stage brand.
- Hands-on Unicommerce experience, day to day, not just exposure.
- Knows how E-commerce and quick commerce platforms handle inventory, appointments and settlements.
- Strong in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Takes ownership of a problem without being chased.

Good to have:

- Personal care, FMCG or wellness background.
- Offline or modern trade experience (we have a retail pilot coming up).

Location: Noida, full time Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month

Application Question(s)
