About the Role

Madneel Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and customer-focused D2C Customer Sales & CRM Executive to manage customer enquiries and convert them into sales for our fashion brands Madneel Women and Madneel Kids.

The candidate will interact directly with customers through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website and phone calls, helping them with product selection, sizing, orders, delivery, exchanges and other queries.

This is a customer service + sales role. We are looking for someone who can not only assist customers but also actively follow up and convert enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website and phone.
- Help customers with product selection, sizing, pricing and order placement.
- Convert incoming customer enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Follow up with interested customers who have not completed their purchase.
- Follow up on abandoned carts and potential sales opportunities.
- Confirm COD orders wherever required.
- Help reduce COD cancellations and RTOs through timely customer communication.
- Handle customer queries related to delivery, exchanges, returns and order status.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce and dispatch teams for order-related issues.
- Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
- Maintain proper follow-up dates and customer interaction history.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat purchases and new collections.




- Assist with WhatsApp customer campaigns and product launches.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate recurring issues to management.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, D2C Sales, CRM, Customer Service or E-commerce Sales.
- Experience with a D2C/e-commerce company preferred.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Good spoken Hindi and working English.
- Comfortable handling customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Comfortable using Instagram and Facebook for customer communication.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle multiple customer conversations and follow-ups.
- Fashion/apparel experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

- Customer enquiry response time
- Enquiry-to-order conversion
- Sales generated
- Abandoned-cart recovery
- COD confirmation
- Reduction in avoidable RTO/cancellations
- Repeat orders
- Customer follow-up completion
- Customer satisfaction
